What we're about
Space is the real constraint for most home workouts, so we curate gear that folds away, fits small rooms, and still gets the job done: treadmills and bikes for cardio, dumbbells and multi-gyms for strength, plus bikes and outdoor gear for getting out of the house. If it doesn't earn its footprint, we don't stock it.
We care about the twenty minutes you actually have, not the gym you wish you had time for. Every product we list has to survive real apartments, real schedules, and real North Macedonian winters, because the gear that gets used is the only gear that helps anyone's health.
