Delivery and payment terms

1. Delivery area and timeline

The Trader delivers ordered products exclusively within the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.

The standard delivery time is 1 (one) to 10 (ten) business days from the day the order is confirmed, and in any case no longer than 30 days from the day the contract is concluded, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, unless a different timeline is expressly agreed with the Buyer.

If stock is exhausted or the product cannot be delivered within the agreed timeline, the Trader will notify the Buyer and offer a new delivery date, a replacement product, or a full refund.

2. Method of delivery

Delivery is carried out through courier services the Trader works with, to the address specified by the Buyer when ordering. The Trader chooses the specific courier for each shipment depending on destination and availability, and this does not affect the Buyer's rights under these Terms.

Delivery costs are shown separately when completing the order, before payment is confirmed, and depend on the weight/value of the order and the delivery destination.

Upon receiving the shipment, the Buyer must check its external condition and, in case of visible damage, immediately draw up a report with the courier and notify the Trader at info@axel.mk.

The risk of accidental loss or damage to the product passes to the Buyer at the moment they (or a third party designated by them, other than the courier) physically takes possession of the product, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.

3. Payment methods

3.1 Online card payment

The Buyer can pay online with Visa, Mastercard or another supported payment card, through the CaSys payment service provided by Stopanska Banka AD Skopje, which is PCI DSS compliant. The Trader has no access to the Buyer's full card details and does not store them on its systems.

3.2 Cash on delivery

The Buyer can pay in cash directly to the courier upon receiving the shipment. This option may be limited by order value or destination, and the Buyer is informed of this when ordering.

4. Right of withdrawal and complaints

The Buyer's right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, as well as the complaints procedure, are set out in the General Terms of Purchase, which form an integral part of this document.
