1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that the Website stores on a visitor's device (computer, tablet, mobile phone) during a visit, so that the Website functions correctly, the user experience is improved, and use of the site can be analysed.

This Policy is prepared in accordance with the Law on Electronic Communications, the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of the RNM” No. 42/2020 and 294/2021) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), which require prior information and, for certain types of cookies, the user's explicit consent.

4. Third-party cookies

These companies may transfer data outside the Republic of North Macedonia and the European Union; the Trader seeks to ensure this only happens with processors that provide an adequate level of protection (e.g. through standard contractual clauses).

5. Consent and cookie management

On a first visit to the Website, the user is shown a notice (cookie banner) that lets them accept all cookies, decline non-essential cookies, or customise their preferences by category.
